I did try to include more than head movement with some finger pointing, pulling out a gun, and showing an ammo box, but couldn't think of much else that fit when the scene is mainly focused on two characters exchanging insults. If you have anything else in mind that could've feasibly been included, then I'd be willing to hear it.
